Hi! I'm Keith Mesecher.
My mission is to be the best version of myself I can be, spiritually, physically, emotionally, in all ways, and to be a source of wellbeing for you, my fellow human beings, and for the whole earth community. To that end I offer a path I have learned from a lifetime of study and spiritual practice. I am also fascinated with and have studied and taught science-based cosmology, neuroscience and the history of the universe, the earth and human culture. Through my mindfulness program, I help people deal with their fear and anxiety and find mental calmness and clarity. I teach how to cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges and reconnect with joy in our everyday lives. I practice right livelihood as a socially responsible investment advisor, helping people mindfully invest in companies which empower us to take care of the earth as we take care of ourselves. From one person to a family, a community, and all of humankind, my goal is to help transform the world and build a healthy, sustainable future. Weekly Online Mindfulness Sessions
I just finished facilitating a 6-week mindfulness practice series based on Thich Nhat Hanh's book, The Art of Living in the village of La Jolla at the PDG Health and Wellness Center. It started on Friday the 11th of January 2018 and takes place from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. ​I am in the process of developing a supportive mindfulness practice group to help inspire and support your spiritual journey. Join a community of your fellow mindfulness practitioners for teachings, guided meditations and deep sharing. Be part of cultivating a beloved community devoted to generating wellbeing for ourselves, our community and the world. Learn how to live your daily life with less fear and more joy.
