Hi! I'm Keith Mesecher.
My mission is to be the best version of myself I can be, spiritually, physically, emotionally, in all ways, and to be a source of wellbeing for you, my fellow human beings, and for the whole earth community. To that end I offer a path I have learned from a lifetime of study and spiritual practice. I am also fascinated with and have studied and taught science-based cosmology, neuroscience and the history of the universe, the earth and human culture. Through my mindfulness program, I help people deal with their fear and anxiety and find mental calmness and clarity. I teach how to cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges and reconnect with joy in our everyday lives. From one person to a family, a community, and all of humankind, my goal is to help transform the world and build a healthy, sustainable future. I finished facilitating a 6-week mindfulness practice series based on Thich Nhat Hanh's book, The Art of Living in the village of La Jolla at the PDG Health and Wellness Center.
