The Power of Guided Meditation
In the tradition of Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh, we use guided meditations a lot. I have found them easy to practice and powerfully transformative. I have recorded some of them to make your practice easy and enjoyable. They are for you to use to increase your wellbeing and happiness, and the happiness and wellbeing of the world you inhabit.
Instructions
In my practice, guided meditations usually consist of two longer phrases, one for your in-breath and one for your out-breath followed by two shorter phrases which carry the meaning of the longer phrases. The shorter phrases are for you to say silently to yourself, the first as you breath in, the second as you breath out. They are as short as possible so that as much of your attention as possible is on your breath and the experience the phrases are pointing to. Enjoy.
